Public interested in utilizing the facilities must familiarize themselves with School Board Policies 7440 (Facility Security) and 7510 (Use of District Facilities). Requests for facility use must be submitted at least 5 business days before the event. Initially, users must apply to become a requester by completing the Facilities Requester Registration Form and awaiting approval via email. Once approved, users can log in, submit their facilities request, and upon approval, sign an electronic contract using a previously created PIN.
